How to Claim
To claim you free very cool T-shirt or van sticker, just ask your participating BAL distributor for your Cool Earth loyalty card. Collect 12 ticks (you get a tick for every bag of the above products you buy) and send your completed loyalty card to Marketing, Building Adhesives Ltd, Longton Road,Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 8JB, with your proof of purchase of BAL products. The products that qualify for this promotion are listed below. Clearly state your name and address. Your T-shirt or van sticker will be sent directly to the address given.

This loyalty card promotion is open to anyone buying the above BAL products from a participating BAL distributor.
Completed loyalty cards must be accompanied with a receipt clearly stating the BAL products bought and where they were bought from.
Offer limited to one T-shirt and one van sticker per person. Multiple claims deemed to be from the same person will not be processed.
One bag of the above product qualifies for one stamp.
A free T-shirt or van sticker will be sent depending on what was ticked on the completed loyalty card.
The promotion starts 20 June 2011 and continues until all T-shirt / van stickers have been issued or until 30 September 2011, whichever is earlier.
Completed loyalty cards will not be accepted after 30 September 2011
