  • BAL Level Plus is a unique 1-part or 2-part rapid-setting smoothing and levelling compound. Mix with water for use in standard installations, or mix with BAL Level Plus Liquid latex as a high-performance 2-part, moisture tolerant floor leveller for superior enhanced performance. Use from 2-12mm as a 1-part over concrete, sand:cement screed, anhydrite and old tile adhesive residue, use from 2-10mm as a 2-part with latex over bitumen, flooring grade asphalt, underfloor heating, direct onto glazed tiles, existing vinyl (not LVT) and under DPMs.

    BAL Level Plus gives customers the choice of a standard leveller for common floor substrates, or a 2-part leveller with enhanced performance for more difficult substrates. Recommend as a 1-part mix with water for concrete, sand:cement, anhydrite screeds. Recommend as a 2-part with BAL Level Plus Liquid for more difficult substrates such as over bitumen, underfloor heating, heavily trafficked floors and existing glazed ceramics. Fixers can be tiling in 2-3 hours.

    – Cementitious flowing screeds
    – Unglazed tiles / stone
    – Old Tile Adhesive Residues
    – Use from 2-12mm (up to 30mm with aggregate)

    AS A 2-PART MIX WITH BAL LEVEL PLUS LIQUID:
    – Underfloor heating / heated screeds
    – Asphalt (flooring grade)
    – Existing vinyl tiles (not LVT)
    – Flooring grade bitumen and residues
    – Direc on glazed Ceramic Tiles
    – Under a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM)
    – Use from 2-10mm (up to 30mm with aggregate)

    MAY BE TILED AFTER 2-3 HOURS

    CAN BE SPIKE ROLLED
