JK Tiling was tasked with tiling two high-end home sites in Norfolk, each measuring 60m². The challenge was to ensure the durability and longevity of the tiles on heated sand cement screeds, traditionally requiring the use of uncoupling mats to prevent tile failures due to lateral stress movements.

Results
The use of BAL AF Max on site two resulted in a significant reduction in both materials and labour. By applying BAL AF Max, JK Tiling completed the project using only 8 bags of adhesive in 3 days, compared to the traditional method which required more resources and time.
