BAL shortlisted for four TTA Awards

BAL have been named as finalists in four categories at The Tile Association (TTA) Awards 2019.

Celebrating the best in the wall and floor tiling industry, the TTA Awards are this year taking place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on the 12th April.

BAL Flexbone 2Easy has been shortlisted for Best Innovation

BAL have been nominated for:

  • Best Innovation for BAL Flexbone 2Easy – a unique floating uncoupling mat for unprepared screeds
  • Best Environmental Initiative for the company’s green credentials and support of the Cool Earth charity which helps save rainforests across the world
  • Excellence in Marketing for BAL’s digital and social media marketing strategy
  • Excellence in Supply and Servicing for the company’s radical approach to maintenance, Industry 4.0 and data management.

In addition, BAL has supported the entry by Wesley Geraghty from Atlas Tiling Ltd of The Gart – a stunning 19th Century property in Callander, Scotland – which has been shortlisted for Best Domestic Project. BAL products played a crucial role in more than 500m² of tiling on three floors and seven bathrooms.
